Office Hours
The office is open for appointments Monday through Friday and some weekends (Saturday, Sunday, or both days, on occasion). Every effort will be made to provide a convenient time for prospective patients.
Appointment times are flexible and may be available as early as 8AM and as late as 8PM on weekdays. Generally, patient requests for appointments during these times will be accommodated.
Future changes to the schedule, if any, will be posted here and in the Blog/Updates section.

The Psych Clinic can be reached during normal business hours by phone. If you have a medical or psychiatric emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
If you would like to request an appointment, or if you have questions about our services, accepted forms of insurance, the office, or our provider, please feel free to contact us by phone, email, or you can use the form below and we will typically respond within 1 business day.
If the clinic is closed, patients are free to email or leave voicemails if urgent concerns arise and cannot wait until the clinic re-opens.
Due to digital privacy/HIPAA concerns and the greater likelihood for miscommunication and misunderstandings when not meeting with patients in person or speaking via telephone, emails sent by current or prospective patients that are not related to appointment requests and/or questions about the clinic may be deferred until an in-person appointment can be made or with a brief conversation via telephone.
There are issues that would be best saved for a conversation by telephone or an in-person appointment instead of email. These include: disclosure of confidential patient information, detailed or complex questions regarding symptoms, treatment, etc. In this way, we can work together to make the best possible arrangements for your treatment in the clinic.
